Refund policy

Pursuant to Ministry of Commerce and Industry Decision No. (27) of 2015 and the regulations issued under Law No. (39) of 2014, consumers have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. However, the law makes an exception for high-value items—such as jewelry, watches, eyewear, evening wear, wedding attire, items in direct contact with the skin (swimwear and underwear), and perfumes—limiting the exchange or return period to one day, provided that the right of return is explicitly stated on the purchase invoice; in all cases, the goods must be in their original condition.

Please be advised that the consumer has the right to exchange or return goods—specifically incense, incense burners, and oils—within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice, and other goods (fragrance products) within three days, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.

• The item must not have been used by the consumer in any way.
